**Holiday supplement for Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks $890 per week.

All rates include the cleaning fee but not the 9% tax.

In the low season excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks the second floor may be rented for $3,590 per month and then the 1st floor or 3rd floor guest room may be rented for guests as needed when available.
